Giant tents will house the largest dive trade show that South Florida has ever seen. Over 150 exhibitors from all areas of diving and related industries will display and demonstrate the latest equipment, dive destinations, accessories and much more!

In addition to the dive exhibits there will be food vendors and beverage vendors. Music and free seminars will provide hours of entertainment and education. For the young and young at heart there will be a rock climbing attraction and other entertainment, ensuring that all will enjoy the festivities.

In an effort to introduce the sport to new participants, there will be scuba introductory courses taught at the DEMA Pool. An underwater treasure hunt will be held on Saturday for dive boats, and again on Sunday for shore diving. Thousands of dollars in prizes will be given away. The main prize will be an Aggressor Liveaboard dive trip.

Ocean Fest will be held on the beach in Fort Lauderdale on A1A just south of Las Olas Blvd north of the Yankee Clipper Hotel and the Bahia Mar Resort and Yacht Club and Bahia Cabana Hotel.

A portion of the proceeds from Ocean Fest will be benefit numerous non-profit environmental organizations.

ADMISSION: $9.00 PER PERSON PER DAY. Children under 12 FREE and includes all exhibits, seminars and presentations.Three Day discounted passes for $19 per person are available. Discounted tickets are available on line.

DIVE SHOW & BEACH PARTY
To kick off Ocean Fest, a Beach Party is scheduled for Friday. All exhibitors and attendees are welcome to join the fun, live entertainment and great food under the stars.

TREASURE HUNT

An underwater Treasure Hunt will be held on Saturday, for dive boats and Sunday, for shore diving. Thousands of dollars in prizes will be given away. For shore dive and boat dive treasure hunt rules go to: (coming soon-please check back)

The main prize for 2008 is an Aggressor Liveaboard trip including 7 nights accommodations of one person (double occupancy) with meals, snacks, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), weights, belts, tanks and airport transfers.
Total value: $2,100.00


GRAND PRIZE RAFFLE
Raffle tickets are $3.00 each or 2 for $5.00. You do not need to be present to win. Drawing will be held Sunday, at 3:00 pm.
